A) How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you place an order, our system starts processing it immediately.
  • The item goes through a quality check before dispatch.
  • It is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners.
  • It is then shipped to your location.
  • If your address is in a non-serviceable area, we will contact you to find an alternate solution.

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We aim to ship products within 3–4 working days. Orders are shipped throughout the week, including weekends and public holidays.

Please Note: During festivals, bad weather, or political crises, shipments may be delayed. We appreciate your patience and assure you of our best efforts.

C) Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking ID from Sunita Creations and the courier partner.

A) Do you provide shipping all over India?

Yes, we provide shipping across all parts of India.

B) Which locations do you ship to?

We ship nationwide so that you can receive your order anywhere in India.

C) What are the shipping options?

We offer Standard and Express Shipping (temporarily disabled due to high volume).

D) Are there shipping charges?

No, there are no shipping charges.

E) What’s the difference between express and standard shipping?

Express delivery arrives within 2 days at an additional cost of INR 300 (currently disabled).

F) Do you provide Cash on Delivery?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available.

G) Are there charges for COD?

No, there are no additional charges for COD orders.

H) How are orders packaged?

We use sturdy and secure packaging to prevent damage. Customer complaints about packaging have been minimal.

I) Can I modify the shipping address after placing an order?

  • Yes, you can modify it before the order is shipped by contacting support: +91 6376706233.
  • If the order is already shipped, a reshipping fee of INR 150 will apply to change the address.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via FedEx, DHL, and Aramex. Attractive shipping rates are available.

  • Taxes and duties depend on the destination country and must be paid by the customer.
  • Recipients are responsible for customs, import duties, and local sales taxes, if any.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on international orders.
